Do I need to handle customs?

When ordering to USA, we have you covered. We handle all customs for you. If you are from Europe, Asia, Africa or Australia, you will be responsible for handling customs. If you have any customs related questions, you can contact us for more information.

Do you ship from Czech Republic?

All new miners will be sent directly from China to your desired location.

How long is the delivery?

The shipping times takes in average 3-5 business days once the order is processed.

Which shipping company do you use?

All units are sent via UPS/DHL. If you prefer a different shipping company, please contact us.

What happens when I receive a broken device?

If the product you ordered is broken or does not work properly, please contact us and our team will help you to solve the problem online at first. If our technical team is not able to fix your product online, you will have to send it back to the manufacturers repair center. The unit will be repaired for free if it is within the warranty time. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and sending back the unit to the manufacturers repair center. The After Sales Tickets can be done directly on the manufacturers site. Our team can support you with creating the ticket if any help is needed.

What happens if a part of the machine is not working anymore?

You will have to send back the entire miner for repair. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and sending it back to the manufacturers repair center. You can create the after sales ticket yourself on the manufacturers site. If you need any help with that process, our team would be happy to support you in that case.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty is usually between 6-12 months depending on the product. The warranty time starts from the day the product is manufactured. The warranty does not include the shipping cost for sending back the miner to the manufacturers repair center.
