Payment Options:

No transaction fee when paying via DIRECT CRYPTO TRANSFER and we can process and ship your order the next day if it is not a preorder. Please contact us for more info.

No transaction fee when paying via BANK DEPOSIT. It can take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order once we receive funds. Please contact us for more info.

When paying via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, it takes ca. 5-7 business days after we can send out your order.

-Access to tracking once custom clearance is completed

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It can take up to 2 business days until our shipping carrier provides you with the tracking information for the standard shipping. For DDP shipping you get access to the tracking information once the custom clearance is completed. If you order more than one product, it is possible that your order arrives in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product and location.

When receiving the product, please make sure that all accessories related to the product are included in the package. In case of any damage during shipment, please keep the carton/box in order for exchange. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier in the event of a damage during the shipment.
