We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It can take up to 2 business days until our shipping carrier provides you with the tracking information for the standard shipment after your order is being processed. If you order more than one product, it is possible that your order arrives in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product and location.

When receiving the product, please make sure that all accessories related to the product are included in the package. In case of any damage during shipment, please keep the carton/box in order for exchange. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier in the event of a damage during the shipment. 

MaxiMiners offers worldwide shipping. Each order provided by Maxi Miners are exclusive of value added tax. All duties, taxes or fees that occur are to be handled by the customer. Therefore Maxi Miners is not liable for any duties, taxes or fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all occurring local taxes, duties or fees for each order. Maxi Miners is not liable for any costs of damage from calculating duties and taxes related to your order.

Each product warranty is handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process. In the event of a malfunction or defective device, the item will be sent to the manufacturer’s authorized repair center for evaluation and servicing. Please note that the warranty becomes void if any unauthorized modifications are made, including the installation or uploading of third-party firmware.
