In case of receiving a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@maximiners.com. If your miner is within the warranty time, you are eligible to send back the miner to the manufacturers repair center. The shipping cost for sending back the miner for repair is to be born by the customer.
All new miners will be delivered directly from China to your door. If you choose preorders, please note that the delivery time is up to the manufacturer and can lead to delays in some cases.

Payment Options:
No transaction fee when paying via DIRECT CRYPTO TRANSFER and we can process and ship your order the next day if it is not a preorder. Please contact us for more info.
No transaction fee when paying via BANK DEPOSIT. It can take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order once we receive funds. Please contact us for more info.
When paying via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, it takes ca. 3-5 business days after we can send out your order.
