All new miners will be delivered directly from China to your door. If you choose preorders, please note that the delivery time is up to the manufacturer and can lead to delays in some cases. Payment Options:

It takes up to 2 business days to process and ship your order when paying via crypto.

For bank deposits it can take up to 5 business days to process and ship your order.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It can take up to 2 business days until our shipping carrier provides you with the tracking information for the standard shipping. If you order more than one product, it is possible that your order arrives in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product and location.

When receiving the product, please make sure that all accessories related to the product are included in the package. In case of any damage during shipment, please keep the carton/box in order for exchange. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier in the event of a damage during the shipment.
